Tea Party Organization Phenomenon
Whether or not you like the Tea Party's politics, and whether or not they succeed in achieving any of their objectives, I find their "Radical Decentralization" fascinating. Jonathan Rauch has documented the Tea Party's structure in a recent and well written article.

I was waiting for Instapundit or Thought Mesh to link to the article and I was apparently too impatient since moments after I posted, Instapundit posted a link to it also.
I hadn't seen that. It's an interesting article.
Does this mean the tea party is a community organization?
I think that the Tea Party will be most effective at the community level over the long term (if it has a long term).
