The Fatal Conceit is by far the most profound book I've ever read. Unfortunately, the writing style is about the most difficult to read that I've ever encountered. Hayek's sentences are extremely long and hypnotic and I found that by the time I got to the end of a sentence I couldn't remember what the beginning of the sentence was about or how it was all supposed to fit together.
I think it is well worth the effort but it won't be fun.
